Josh is a PGA of Canada Class “A” Head Golf Professional @ Summerland Golf & Country Club. With over 12 years of experience teaching, fitting & coaching Josh’s extensive background has allowed him to work with all levels of players. Possessing a Human Kinetics degree from UBCO and a lifelong athletic background, Josh draws on his experience from many other sports to help students digest information in its simplest form and create a golf swing they can OWN. Josh understands there is no one way to swing the club, and helps his players develop a golf swing that matches with their physical capabilities. From brand new golfers to seasoned competitive players, Josh has had the chance to develop programming and help players reach their goals. As a PGA of BC award winning Junior instructor with a proven track record in helping students develop their skills and find more enjoyment playing golf, Josh is sure to help you improve your game. Josh also offers club fittings with Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway & Ping.
Lynn Reeve

Lynn has been a member of the PGA of Canada for over 30 years and has found her home at Summerland G&CC. Her focus has always been coaching. She has participated in many sports at high levels but has always found the greatest satisfaction in coaching and encouraging others. Her love for sport shaped her career. Lynn is inspired by anyone who wants to learn, improve and play the game. The level of the player doesn’t matter. She openly admits selfishly, “the more people I can get excited about playing golf, the more friends I have to play with!”

Sam is a PGA of Canada Apprentice Professional and Assistant Professional at Summerland Golf & Country Club. With a background in collegiate golf from Humber College and years of junior competitive experience in Manitoba, Sam brings a well rounded, dynamic approach to golf instruction
With Experience in junior coaching and competitive development, Sam has extensive experience guiding golfers of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advance players, Sam tailors’ instruction to meet your specific needs, blending virtual technology with personalized coaching to ensure meaningful progress and a deeper understanding of the game. Passionate about helping each student unlock their potential, Sam creates a supportive, engaging environment for all golfers to grow and thrive.
Sam also offers professional club fitting from top brands such as Callaway, Titleist, Ping, and TaylorMade.
Steve Sauer

Steve is a long serving employee of the Summerland Golf and Country Club. He started working in the back shop in 2014, and has spent the past 10 years climbing the ranks to now be the Associate Professional. Steve turned Pro in June of 2024, he understands what it is like to improve from a mid-high handicap to a low single digit after putting in years of work to improve his golf game. Steve is starting the process of becoming a PGA of Canada Class “A” Professional, with the goal of specializing in Golf Operations. Steve has an extensive history with sports. He played competitive Hockey for most of his life, finishing off his career with two years of Junior Hockey in the KIJHL. Steve has now transitioned into coaching hockey, spending the last four years coaching the U18 AA South Zone Knights over the winter while the golf course is closed. Steve has gained valuable knowledge on how to coach all types of players through hockey and uses those coaching experiences to help him teach golf in an understandable and fun way!
Adrian Murray

After 10 years of experience as a competitive golfer, Adrian joined the PGA of Canada in 2025 to pursue a career in teaching golf. Adrian has competed at the provincial and national level as both a junior and amateur golfer. He has dedicated a large part of his life towards gaining a strong understanding of all facets of the game. Adrian played collegiate golf at UBC Okanagan, where he studied Human Kinetics. No matter your skill level, Adrian is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals as a golfer.
